We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with SnapForge, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@techyowls.io with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
After the 14-Day Period
After 14 days, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience significant technical issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
