By using SnapForge ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

SnapForge provides a screenshot API for capturing web pages. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Capture screenshots of illegal content or content you don't have rights to access
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our systems
• Use the API to capture screenshots of password-protected pages without authorization

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms of service.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Refunds are available within 14 days (see our refund policy)

API Usage

Your API key is confidential. Do not share it publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Screenshot Ownership

You retain all rights to screenshots you capture. We claim no ownership of your content. Screenshots are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that screenshots will be perfect for all websites.

Limitation of Liability

TechyOwls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
